Softball Recap: Norwood Makes It Nine in a Row on the Road

Norwood had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with a 4-1 victory over the Willow Springs Bears. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 8-6 two weeks ago.

Norwood's win was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games. As for Willow Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 8-4.
