Dickinson hadn't done well against Fort Bend Dulles recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way  on Thursday. The Gators came out on top against the Vikings by a score of  2-0. Winning may never get old, but the Gators sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
 Angela Allen was the offensive standout of the  game as she  had four  digs and two  aces. That's the most  aces  she has posted  over her last six  matchups.  Emma Cazares also deserves some recognition as  she  had her first  block of the season.
 They weren't the only good server: Dickinson  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 12  aces. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their  ace total in four consecutive  contests.
Dickinson's record is now 10-8. As for Fort Bend Dulles, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-9 record  this season.
 Dickinson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  match,  a  2-0  victory against Randle on the 28th. As for Fort Bend Dulles, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  3-0  loss against Needville on the 29th.
