Softball Recap: Valley Falls Dragons vs. Troy Trojans
In what's become a running theme this season, Valley Falls gave their fans yet another huge win on Monday. They put the hurt on the Troy Trojans with a sharp 14-4 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for Valley Falls.
Renay Myers was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Skylar Neibeiger, who scored a run while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
Valley Falls' win bumped their record up to 14-7. As for Troy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-7-1.
As of now, neither Valley Falls nor Troy have any future games scheduled.
