Northland Christian lost against Staley back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Northland Christian took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Staley. Northland Christian's loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-15.

Staley found their leader in sophomore Andy Phung, who had 12 digs and four assists.

Northland Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Staley, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-7-1 record this season.

Northland Christian will be playing at home against Raymore-Peculiar at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Staley, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Lee's Summit West on the 25th.
