The Pinecrest Glades Academy Dragons are taking a road trip to challenge the Downtown Doral Dolphins at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Pinecrest Glades Academy is coming into the game on a five-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Pinecrest Glades Academy will need to focus on slowing down Mateo Davila, one of several Downtown Doral players who made an impact when they last played. He shot 54% from the field en route to 17 points and eight boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Kent Knowles, who went 5-for-8 on his way to 11 points and six rebounds.

Pinecrest Glades Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Downtown Doral, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 0-3.

Pinecrest Glades Academy might still be hurting after the 71-47 defeat they got from Downtown Doral in their previous meeting back in January of 2024.
