Soccer Recap: St. Louis Catholic Takes a Loss

St. Louis Catholic lost against Bossier back in February of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The St. Louis Catholic Saints fell just short of the Bossier Bearkats by a score of 1-0. Considering the last time the Saints couldn't score was back in November, the team can't take the result too hard.

St. Louis Catholic has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5-2 record this season. As for Bossier, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5-2 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Louis Catholic will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on South Beauregard at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025. As for Bossier, they will finish 2024 at home by hosting Calvary Baptist Academy at 12:00 p.m. on December 28th.
