Owosso won the last time they faced Laingsburg and things went their way on Monday too. The Trojans walked away with an 8-4 win over the Wolfpack.

Hailie Caswell spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and two unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up six Ks.

On the hitting side, Ady Freeman was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and one stolen base. Audri Hrncharik was another key player, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases and two runs.

Owosso's record is now 9-3. As for Laingsburg, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 9-3.

Owosso will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Wolfpack: the pair will be back at it again later today.
