Ridgway/Johnsonburg scaled the state rankings by moving to 396 from 464 this week, the biggest jump in Allegheny Mountain - Southern. Ridgway/Johnsonburg was able to move up by topping St. Joseph's Catholic Academy 13-0.
Adding to the longest winning streak in the league this week, Kane beat Sheffield 36-6. This was the team's 11th consecutive win.
Alec Shaffer-Doan threw for 237 yards and 3 touchdowns. He went 11-20 with 1 interception.
Jack Glasl was the best wideout in the league this week as Brockway topped Moniteau. Glasl racked up 3 receptions for 102 yards. Anthony Isabella helped Brockway's passing attack out by catching 5 balls for 84 yards.
The Rovers' Shaffer-Doan and Anthony Benson led Allegheny Mountain - Southern in both passing and receiving yards. Shaffer-Doan has thrown for 2,506 yards this season, while Benson has 72 catches for 1,098 yards. Curwensville's Zach Tibbens leads the league in rushing yards with 1,849.
Kane took down the Wolverines 36-6 last week, the largest margin of any game. Kevin Cleer threw for 151 yards and 3 touchdowns during the win.
