Soccer Recap: Valor Christian's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

If Valor Christian was riding high fresh off their 7-0 takedown of Covenant Christian Academy two weeks ago, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Lions fell 7-5 to the Horizon Christian Academy Warriors on Tuesday. The contest was a 3-3 toss-up at halftime, but Valor Christian couldn't quite close it out.

Having lost for the first time this season, Valor Christian fell to 1-1-1. As for Horizon Christian Academy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-4.

Looking ahead, Valor Christian will host Cherokee Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Horizon Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to take on Killian Hill Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
