Trinity had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it seven on Wednesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Steelton-Highspire Steamrollers a 21-0 shutout. The Shamrocks' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Trinity pushed their record up to 13-3 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for Steelton-Highspire, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-13.

Looking ahead, Trinity will venture away from home to face off against Milton Hershey at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
