Baseball Recap: Summit Academy Comes Up Short

Summit Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They took an 8-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Provo Bulldogs.

Talin Hill made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one double. That double was his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Sawyer Morgan, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one run.

Summit Academy's record is now 3-19. As for Provo, their win bumped their record up to 16-7.

While Summit Academy had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
