Preston MacKowiak continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his fifth-straight game with at least three passing touchdowns. He threw for 210 yards and five touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes. He was up against Providence Hall and has quite the history against that squad, as he also had a great game the last time he faced them back in October of 2024. MacKowiak's passing game has become a key predictor of Summit Academy's success: the team is 4-1 when his passer rating is 110 or higher, but only 1-3 otherwise.

Looking ahead, MacKowiak and Summit Academy will head out on the road to challenge Layton Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
