Volleyball Game Preview: Lake Forest Spartans vs. Cape Henlopen Vikings + How To Watch

Lake Forest is 0-6 against Cape Henlopen since September of 2015 but things could change on Tuesday. The Spartans will venture away from home to challenge the Vikings at 5:30 p.m. Lake Forest is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last five games.

On Thursday, Lake Forest got the win against Milford by a conclusive 3-0.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Cape Henlopen, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. Everything went their way against Polytech on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Lake Forest's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Cape Henlopen, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.
