             Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better  (just ask Monarch). They took their  matchup on the road  on Monday with ease, bagging  a  52-0 victory over the Coral Springs Colts. Given the Knights' advantage  in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings  (they are ranked 54th, while the Colts are ranked 545th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Monarch found their leader in underclassman  Jack Spaeder, who threw for 256 yards and four touchdowns while completing 81.8% of his passes. The team also got some help courtesy of  Bre'Lan Mareus, who rushed for 60 yards and a touchdown.
 The  win made it two in a row for Monarch and  bumps their season record up to 4-1. As for Coral Springs, they dropped their record down to 0-6 with the  loss, which was their fourth straight  at home.
 Monarch will host Chaminade-Madonna  at 7:00  p.m.  on Saturday. The two teams might be coming in a bit winded given these two teams combined for 973 yards in their previous games. As for Coral Springs, they will have a little extra prep time after the  defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Doral Academy at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
