Softball Recap: Jensen Beach Comes Up Short at Home Against Centennial

Jensen Beach unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 15-5 to the Centennial Eagles on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Falcons have suffered since March 20, 2024.

Izzy Ouelette made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Cali Mendenhall, who scored three runs while going 2-for-2.

Looking ahead, Jensen Beach will take on Treasure Coast at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Centennial, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Okeechobee at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
