Softball Recap: Laporte Comes Up Short

Laporte was the 14-3 winner over Sebeka when they last played one another back in May of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats lost 15-3 to the Trojans on Tuesday. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mylee Zubke was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Breelie Becker, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.

Laporte's record is now 4-9. As for Sebeka, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season.

As of now, neither Laporte nor Sebeka have any future games scheduled.
