Baseball Recap: Knox Takes a Loss

Knox lost against Jimtown back in May of 2015, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Redskins came up short against the Jimmies, falling 13-3. The Redskins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Knox saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Xavier Boyd, who went 1-for-3 with one run. Another was Cain Weber, who earned one run and two stolen bases.

Knox's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Jimtown, the win also got them back to even at 2-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Jimmies beat Knox by a score of 5-1 on Friday.
