Volleyball Recap: Clovis North Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Clovis North suffered their biggest loss since September 26, 2024 on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to the Central Valley Christian Cavaliers. The Broncos were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cavaliers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-16, 25-13.

Cooper Piepgrass was nothing short of spectacular for Central Valley Christian: she had 16 digs and four aces. Piepgrass is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last 12 games she's played dating back to last season.

Clovis North's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Central Valley Christian, they pushed their record up to 3-1 with the win, which was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Clovis North will head out to face off against Bakersfield Christian at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Central Valley Christian, they will square off against Hawaii Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
