Football Recap: Grovetown Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Grovetown came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were outmatched by the Grayson Rams and fell 51-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Warriors were not able to get on the board.

Among those leading the charge was Deuce Smith, who threw for 158 yards and four TDs while completing 80% of his passes. That's the most passing touchdowns he has posted since back in September of 2024.

Grovetown's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Grayson, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Grovetown didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 26-7 loss against South Gwinnett on the 26th. As for Grayson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 50-3 victory against Newton on the 26th.
