Basketball Recap: North Iredell Raiders vs. St. Stephens Indians

North Iredell played a tough contest on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 84-61 to the St. Stephens Indians. The Raiders just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Leading St. Stephens to victory were Javian White and Noah Vanbeurden. White went 13 of 17 on his way to 32 points in addition to seven assists and five boards, while Vanbeurden went 7 for 13 from beyond the arc on his way to 27 points. The matchup was White's 15th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jachavis Sherrill, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds.

North Iredell's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for St. Stephens, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-7.
