Volleyball Recap: Lake Creek Lions vs. Rudder Rangers
There's no place like home for Lake Creek, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Rudder Rangers on Friday. That's more bragging rights for the Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
In the three sets Lake Creek was on fire: they won each by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-13, 23-25, 25-11, 25-8.
Lake Creek was led to victory by Kennedy Schramm and MaKenna Wallace. Schramm had 22 digs, while Wallace had seven digs and two aces. Schramm is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in the last nine games she's played dating back to last season.
Lake Creek was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. They are a perfect 4-0 when they serve at least ten aces.
