Football Recap: Greenwood Starts Season with Victory at Home + How To Watch

Greenwood gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They claimed a resounding 48-8 win over Beaufort. With Greenwood ahead 41-0 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Tre Price was a one-man wrecking crew as he threw for 141 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 73.3% of his passes, and also punched in one rushing score.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Greenwood proved: they limited Beaufort to a paltry 1.9 yards per carry. Greenwood's ground attack was stronger, having averaged 3.5.

Beaufort is on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.
