Buckland had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They managed a 75-69 win over the Aqqaluk Bears on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Sissauni: when they faced off against the Bears back in January, they had to take a 83-68 defeat.

Buckland's victory bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Aqqaluk, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-7.

Buckland didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 63-55 win against Napaaqtugmiut on the 27th. Aqqaluk does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
