Baseball Recap: Timberlake Christian Tornadoes vs. Westover Christian Academy Bulldogs

Timberlake Christian had lost nine straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 0-13 to make it ten. They lost 11-5 to the Westover Christian Academy Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, with their most recent loss being a 14-4 defeat last Tuesday.

Billy Shumaker was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. He didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-low in walks (zero). He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
