Volleyball Recap: North Nodaway Comes Up Short

North Nodaway was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They came up short against the West Nodaway Rockets, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rockets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-10, 25-16.

West Nodaway found their leader in sophomore Annalee Livengood, who had 20 digs, five kills, and one block. Livengood is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 13 or more in each of the last nine games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Gracie Larabee, who had 19 kills, nine digs, and one block.

North Nodaway's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for West Nodaway, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-8.

As of now, neither North Nodaway nor the Rockets have any future games scheduled.
