The High Point Central Bison had to endure a 12-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They claimed a resounding 40-12 win over Southern Guilford at home. The high flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for High Point Central's zero-point performance the contest before.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead High Point Central to victory, but perhaps none more so than kemari johnson, who rushed for 183 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.3 yards per carry.
