Basketball Recap: Mendenhall's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Mendenhall can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 46-29 victory over the Northeast Jones Tigers. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 34-22 back in January.

The win got Mendenhall back to even at 12-12. As for Northeast Jones, their defeat was their 12th straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-23.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Mendenhall Tigers challenge the Morton Panthers at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Morton will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something Mendenhall surely won't give up without a fight. Northeast Jones does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
