Recap: Lebanon Yellowjackets vs. St. Charles Pirates
The Lebanon Yellowjackets won the last time they faced the St. Charles Pirates, and things went their way on Friday too. Lebanon took down St. Charles 67-53.
Bodie Cox continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 22 points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Kendall Bybee, who scored eight points.
Lebanon has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 5-11 record this season. As for St. Charles, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.
Lebanon won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Warrensburg at 12:30 p.m. on January 27th. As for St. Charles, they will head out on the road to challenge North Point at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. North Point is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games.
