After flying high against West Nassau last Friday, Fernandina Beach came back down to earth. Fernandina Beach took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Nease on Thursday. Fernandina Beach has not had much luck with Nease recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Fernandina Beach has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-5-2 record this season. As for Nease, the win got them back to even at 5-5-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fernandina Beach will take on Providence School at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Nease, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Sandalwood at 7:20 p.m.
