After only one run in their last matchup, Hendrickson made sure to put some runs up on the board against Pflugerville on Friday. The Hawks blew past the Panthers 14-4. The Hawks haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Tabitha Villa spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and three unearned) runs on four hits.

At the plate, Isabella Gonzales and Kara Luongo did most of the damage at the plate: Gonzales scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of her five plate appearances, while Luongo scored two runs while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Cadence Garcia, who scored two runs while going 1-for-4.

Hendrickson's win bumped their record up to 12-9-1. As for Pflugerville, they dropped their record down to 5-16-1 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Hendrickson will take on Pflugerville Connally at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Hawks are facing the Cougars at the right time seeing as the Cougars are stuck on a 14-game losing streak. As for Pflugerville, they will square off against Weiss at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
