Volleyball Recap: Zion Chapel Comes Up Short

After flying high against Barbour County on Tuesday, Zion Chapel came back down to earth. The Rebels came up short against the Pike Liberal Arts Patriots on Friday, falling 3-0. The Rebels have struggled against the Patriots recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-20, 25-18.

Zion Chapel's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Pike Liberal Arts, their victory ended a four-match drought on the road and puts them at 6-13.

Coming up, Zion Chapel will be taking part in a tournament against Samson at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Pike Liberal Arts, they will take on Andalusia in a tournament on Saturday.
