Notre Dame Prep barely beat Avondale the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Fighting Irish never let the Yellowjackets get on the board and left with a 19-0 win on Tuesday. That 19 run margin sets a new team best for the Fighting Irish this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Notre Dame Prep and bumps their season record up to 5-3. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 18.0 runs over those games. As for Avondale, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.
