After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Princess Anne, the Landstown Eagles were happy to have found some success on Tuesday. They breezed by Tallwood on the road to the tune of 51-9. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 32-2.
Landstown's victory bumped their record up to 4-12. As for Tallwood, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-14.
Landstown won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Ocean Lakes on January 24th. Ocean Lakes is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak. As for Tallwood, they will head out on the road to face off against Princess Anne at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The timing is sure in Princess Anne's favor as the squad sits on seven straight wins at home while Tallwood has been banged up by 16 consecutive losses on the road.
