Middleton is 8-2 against Madison West since January of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. Middleton's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-7. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.8 points per game. As for Madison West, their victory bumped their record up to 5-13.

Middleton came out on top in a nail-biter against Madison West in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, sneaking past 71-68. The rematch might be a little tougher for Middleton since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
