Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic came tearing into Saturday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Holy Ghost Prep Firebirds by a score of 9-5. That's more bragging rights for the Friars/Pandas, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Owen Lockhart made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Lockhart was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
