Soccer Game Preview: Burbank vs. Valley

The Burbank Titans will head out to take on the Valley Vikings at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Burbank's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They put the hurt on Fairfield with a sharp 4-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Burbank.

Meanwhile, Valley sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over West Campus on Thursday. Given Valley's advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 163rd, while West Campus are ranked 408th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Burbank's record now sits at 6-4-2. As for Valley, their record is now 13-1-4.

Burbank couldn't quite get it done against Valley when the teams last played back in February of 2025 as they fell 2-0. Can the Titans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
