Satellite won the last time they faced Cocoa Beach and things went their way on Thursday too. The Satellite Scorpions came out on top against the Cocoa Beach Minutemen by a score of 36-28. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Scorpions.

Satellite found their leader in freshman Halyn Hargis, who posted 14 points. Another player making a difference was Madeline Bishop, who had seven points.

The win got Satellite back to even at 9-9. As for Cocoa Beach, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-15.

Satellite will welcome West Shore at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. West Shore has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. Cocoa Beach has already played their next game (against Harmony), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
