Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cinnaminson). They blew past the Holy Cross Lancers 17-7 on Monday. The victory continues a trend for the Pirates in their matchups with the Lancers: they've now won four in a row.

Luke Rittler looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.

At the plate, Cinnaminson got a massive performance out of Gavin Bobrek, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with three RBI, two runs, and one double. Another player making a difference was Jacob DeJoseph, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Cinnaminson hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least five batters in three consecutive matchups.

Cinnaminson's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-4. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.4 runs over those games. As for Holy Cross, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.
