Baseball Recap: Amador Comes Up Short

Amador was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 5-1 to the Union Mine Diamondbacks. That's two games in a row now that the Buffaloes have lost by exactly four runs.

Amador's loss dropped their record down to 8-10-1. As for Union Mine, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-9.

Amador has already played their next matchup, a 4-3 win against Venture Academy on the 12th. As for Union Mine, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-0 victory against Rosemont on the 11th.
