Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Fort Wayne Canterbury couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They lost 3-0 to the Triton Trojans on Saturday. The Cavaliers' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Victoria Kim paced Fort Wayne Canterbury's offense, picking up nine kills. Kim got some help from Sophia Miller and her 17 assists. Alexa Coble controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Sophie Howell had a dynamite game For Triton., getting 14 digs and three aces. That's the most digs Howell has posted since back in September. The team also got some help courtesy of Lydia Hammond, who had 13 digs.

Fort Wayne Canterbury's loss dropped their record down to 19-9. As for Triton, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-11 record this season.

Fort Wayne Canterbury does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Triton, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Rossville on the 1st.
