Volleyball Recap: Centennial Now 9-1 over Last Ten Games

Centennial had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Rogers Royals on Saturday. This was a revenge game for the Cougars: when they faced off against the Royals back in September, they had to take a 3-1 defeat.

Chase Manthey was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 37 assists and seven digs. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in hitting percentage (80%).

Centennial is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-9 record this season. As for Rogers, their loss dropped their record down to 26-9.

As of now, neither Centennial nor the Royals have any future games scheduled.
