Football Recap: Grain Valley Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Grain Valley can now relate to. They took a 46-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Platte County Pirates on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri football rankings (they are ranked 36th, while the Pirates are ranked fourth).
