Ramsey's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Dwight Morrow Maroon Raiders 33-30. The Rams' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

Despite the loss, Dwight Morrow still got an impressive performance from Arieyon WilliAms, who rushed for 161 yards and a pair of scores on only 11 carries. Williams' longest rush was for an incredible 81 yards.

The win got Ramsey back to even at 1-1. As for Dwight Morrow, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Ramsey will square off against rival Mahwah at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Dwight Morrow is set to face off against their familiar foe Dumont at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
