Basketball Recap: Milwaukee Lutheran Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins at Home

If Milwaukee Lutheran was feeling good fresh off their 78-54 takedown of South Milwaukee last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Milwaukee Lutheran Red Knights fell to the West Allis Central Bulldogs 87-83. The Red Knights have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Milwaukee Lutheran's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-8. As for West Allis Central, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 12-5.

Milwaukee Lutheran will take on Carmen Northwest at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for West Allis Central, they will challenge New Berlin Eisenhower at 7:00 p.m. on January 31st. West Allis Central knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 17 matches -- so hopefully New Berlin Eisenhower likes a good challenge.
