McKinley won against Green last Friday with 21 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Bulldogs pulled ahead with a 21-20 photo finish over the Hoover Vikings. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Vikings recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

McKinley's record now sits at 6-1. As for Hoover, their loss was their first of the season and also makes their record 6-1.
