Baseball Recap: Purdue Broad Ripple Takes a Loss

Purdue Broad Ripple lost against Taylor back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Lynx came up short against the Titans, falling 13-3.

Purdue Broad Ripple saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kyler Jones, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double. Patrick Terry Jr. also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Purdue Broad Ripple's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Taylor, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-18.

Looking ahead, Purdue Broad Ripple will challenge Eminence at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Taylor, they will take on Caston at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
