Basketball Recap: Sauk Centre Extends Home Winning Streak to 15

Sauk Centre came tearing into Friday's matchup with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27.1 points), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Milaca Wolves 60-37. The Mainstreeters have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 19 games by 20 points or more this season.

Sauk Centre's victory was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 25-2. As for Milaca, they moved to 24-6 with that loss, which also ended their 11-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Sauk Centre will face off against Minnewaska Area on Wednesday. Minnewaska Area will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Sauk Centre surely won't give up without a fight. Milaca does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
