Tyler is a perfect 10-0 against Doddridge County since September of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. Tyler will be strutting in after a win while Doddridge County will be coming in after a defeat.

On Tuesday, Tyler made easy work of Ritchie County and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-16, 25-10.

Meanwhile, Doddridge County came up short against South Harrison on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Doddridge County couldn't get the win, but they sure gave South Harrison a tough time in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 31-29, 25-20, 25-10.

Tyler's win bumped their record up to 13-7. As for Doddridge County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.

Tyler beat Doddridge County 2-0 when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
