Summit Shasta waltzed into their game on Wednesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. Everything went their way against The Nueva School Mavericks as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Summit Shasta was: they took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-13, 25-15.

Summit Shasta was led to victory by Czyrus Reyes and Matthew Ng. Reyes had 29 digs and two aces, while Ng had 17 assists and eight digs. Those eight digs gave Ng a new career-high. Ryan Nghi also deserves some recognition as he had his first block of the season.

Summit Shasta's victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-10. As for The Nueva School, their loss dropped their record down to 9-11.

As of now, neither Summit Shasta nor the Mavericks have any future games scheduled.
