Volleyball Recap: Oregon Takes a Loss

Oregon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Durand Bulldogs. The Hawks were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-17.

Oregon's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Durand, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

Oregon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against West Carroll on the 5th. As for Durand, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Stockton on the 5th.
